Ted Byfield

Ted Byfield is an educator, journalist, and founder of Alberta Report, BC Report and Western Report. He is chairman of United Western Communications Ltd. which publishes The Report Newsmagazine. Mr. Byfield is well-known for his astute analysis and commentary on social, political issues. He is presently overseeing the publication of a multi-volume history of the Christian faith.

Rita Wolfe

Rita Wolfe is a wife, mother, and teacher. She and husband, Ken, have five children, two of whom were diagnosed with terminal illness.

Rita and Ken were leaders in the University of Saskatchewan campus pro-life group, Joie de Vivre, and in the Saskatchewan Pro-Life Association. Rita attended the Robert Latimer trial in Saskatchewan and was an eloquent spokesperson on the sanctity of human life for disabled children.

Eric Lowther

Eric Lowther is Member of Parliament for Calgary Centre and Reform Party Family Critic. In this capacity, Mr. Lowther has been an outstanding spokesperson and tireless advocate defending the traditional values of marriage and family. His efforts in Parliament including an information network have strengthened and assisted the pro-family movement in Canada.

Owen B. Griffiths

Owen B. Griffiths is a Saskatoon lawyer and author. He represented the family of Tyrell Dueck, a 13 year old cancer victim, in the controversial case debating the rights of parents to choose medical treatment for their children. Mr. Griffiths wrote and published The Power and the Glory, a book about the Dueck family’s struggle. He has a general practice with a particular interest in the emerging field of bioethics.

Gwen Landolt

Gwen Landolt is a graduate of the Faculty of Law, University of British Columbia and was called to the Bar in that province. She was employed in general practice, worked as a Crown prosecutor and as legal counsel for the federal government. She has attended UN conferences, written extensively on pro-life, pro-family, constitutional and UN issues, and is a frequent spokesperson on national radio and television programmes.
