we have done our best, we've worked for many years,
We've shared the battles, arm in arm, the laughter and the tears.
At times it seemed so very hard, but we would not give in
And day by day, we carried on, determined we would win.
"Who
are these women," we would hear, "who fight for family
life?"
"Their voice is strong, they carry on, to face the daily
strife."
But exactly what REAL Women is, they didn't have a clue
We needed something special that would tell them what we do.
An idea
grew and then took shape, we knew what it would be
REAL Women made a video so everyone could see.
It wasn't always easy, to cover every side
But now that it's completed, we're filled with so much pride.
REAL Women's
fight has been worthwhile, we've made so many friends
We'll stand together, hand in hand, and fight until the end.
Our story is a good one, we've travelled far and wide
And every step we've taken with our members by our side.
This tape
describes our policies, and all that we hold dear
Supporters speak on our behalf, and things are made quite clear
It shows how busy we've become, it shows what we can do
It took some time to make it work, but now it's up to you!
