REAL WOMEN OF CANADA AWARD 2002

REAL Women was delighted to present its Annual Award this year to a young couple, Rebecca and Harold Visser. They are co-managers of the Challenge Abstinence Team which encourage teenagers to remain celibate until marriage.

The Challenge Team was started by Rebecca in the spring of 1993. Over the years, the organization has spoken to teenagers in Canada, the US, Ireland and England, reaching over 700,000 youths.

Harold joined the team in 1994. He and Rebecca were married in 1997.
